if you are registered with ManageMyHealth, please log into your account and submit the "request a repeat prescription form".

This means is preferred, but scripts can also be requested by phone to 09 5374980 press 3 or by filling in the online form. 
Please be ready to provide details on medication and the pharmacy you would like to use.  Allow at least 24 hours for processing. A charge will apply for this service.
