My background is in naturopathy and herbal medicine. I graduated from South Pacific College of Natural Therapies in 2007 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine.

I have a passion for helping people live healthier lives and empowering them to achieve their health and wellness goals.

I live locally with my husband and three children.
